Digital Creative Writing Links
Welcome MFA Handbook Blog readers...  As part of my ongoing conversation with Stanford creative writing professor, Tom Kealey, I have a few red-hot links for your fiction-scribbling pleasure.

Kealey reminded me of Robert Coover, a madcap writer who influenced a whole generation of experimental authors.  I recommend checking out Night at the Movies, a surreal trip through multiple mediums--just like ThePublishingSpot, except better!

Around the turn of the century, Mark Danielewski wrote the sprawling novel, House of Leaves. His work will stand as the model for anybody creating hybrid fiction.   Between his MySpace page and forums, the fledgling writer can find plenty of new friends in the land of webby fiction.

Kealey highly recommends the site, trAce/Alt-X for more new media resources, and highlights this interview between  Marjorie Luesebrink and Thomas Swiss
for anybody looking for more guidance.

Finally, Keally just opened a link at MFA Blog where readers can add to this growing list of creative digital writing links.  I'll be watching the thread very closely.

Dear thepublishingspot!

Let's help each other, please!

You spend all night setting up your very own blog against sexual exploitation, but in short time you realize nobody is coming to read it? You jealously watch the biggest blogs out there getting tons of attention (about boring stuff) -but how can your blog get noticed too? Thats where _my_ blog comes in to send people to your blog. Imagine getting hundreds or even thousands of other bloggers coming to read your blog every day -fighting with you against childpornography and -prostitution! The concept is very simple: You add my blog site magnusbeckerblog.de to your blogroller and all my friends in return visit your blog. It is the internets blog link exchange where thousands of bloggers visit each others blogs in order to receive tons of blog traffic. Imagine how many other people out there would be be reading your blog every day with this sort of attention -attention against violation and child molester. Its free to use! Friendship/correspondence inclusive! http://www.magnusbeckerblog.de/myspace-against-teensex

Thank you very much!
With compliments,

Magnus
magnus@magnusbecker.de (please, send me an e-mail -and I will add a link to you too!)
