B01612.JPG Thanks to Steve Bryant, I just read about the awe-inspiring success of the webcasting singer, Sandi Thom.  I was so excited to read about somebody who created a web community, and then, unbelievably quickly, used that community to suceed in a difficult business.  Thom built up 100,000 fans in 21 nights.  Struggling writers, take heart...

It's the kind of cheery news that we love to read over at Chartreuse, but today, you read it first at ThePublishingSpot!  Please note the time clock at the bottom of this post.  Then click here.  I'll bet you $20 our manifesto-scribbling new media buddy will write a post about Sandi Thom's career in the next forty-eight hours.

Thanks for the visit and all the kind words. Your son-in-law's network sounds fascinating. Can anyone visit this web community? I'd love to check it out...

Jason, he told me they have passwords to the site and since I do not have one, I am not sure how it works.

Let me ask next time we talk and get back....

As a professional writer myself, I love the open and shared writing community your blog promotes!

Thanks Jason!

Thanks Ellen, I always love suggestions about new web communities, whatever the field.
