Claire Zulkey has built up a busy site that strikes the perfect webby balance: she offers plenty of her own work, mixed with interviews with super-cool writers like Kate Braverman.
The site has a handy feature where readers can send in questions for the aforementioned supercool writers, making for some interactive action. Best of all, Zulkey lives in Chicago--raising this Midwestern-exile's spirits.
I'll get working on more interviews, and you should send me more suggestions for writers to interview...
