"New Yorkers know that this city is really, really small," Corynne Steindler, editor-in-chief of Jossip.com told us earlier today, and I'm going to steer our New York readers to some New York readings this week.

Our new buddies from WYSIWYG Talent Show, Heather Snodgrass and Nichelle will be reading tonight at Mo Pitkin's (on Avenue A, betwixt 2nd and 3rd) at 8 o'clock, as part of the Chicks and Giggles series. Check out the Funniest. Females. Ever.

Another WYSIWYG friend, Uncle Shappy, will be hosting a Nerd Power poetry slam this Thursday (June 15) at eight o'clock as well. I will be there at the Bowery Poetry Club, hopefully telling a story about playing toy soldiers and ninjas.
