A group of New York crazies have just released a new cross-platform project-- resurrecting pulpy radio dramas in the digital age.

I've been waiting for something like this for years, like a skinny disciple lost in the desert of un-hardboiledness.

If this makes you excited, here's a sample of episode one, complete with a slick soundtrack and a crazy narrator.

If that doesn't wet your whistle, you gotta check out the product delivery gimmick these guys developed, a way of combining the up-datable subscription powers of the web with a traditional, physical product, selling two blank cd's:
