"A Reuters employee was suspended after using the company’s Internet access to issue an email threat to Charles Johnson saying “I look forward to the day when you pigs get your throats cut.” Johnson maintains the Little Green Footballs blog who recently discovered that Reuters used a doctored image of the aftermath of an Israeli air strike on Beirut."
Over the weekend I found Totally Reformed Publications, a new self-publishing business for Christian writers. This is exactly the kind of niche marketing and strategic publishing that will survive these troubled days for the print industry.
Finally for some lighter fare, the literary-minded Smart Alec is meditating on the film Reality Bites over at The Lazy Historian. I remember having the same metaphysical crisis myself, too many years ago. Maybe it's a new sub-genre of memoir?
