I've been listening to a few podcasts that wear old time radio influences on their sleeves, and I thought I'd point them out. He digs through forgotten archives of old time radio dramas, turning up unexpected gems that shimmer in the 21st century light--historical surprises like a voodoo melodrama interrupted by news reports of the Pearl Harbor attack.

Jason: Funny you mention this, because I've been bemoaning podcasting's paucity of radio dramas. We now have this great opportunity to revive the form, but nobody has done so. In fact, I felt so passionate about this that I drafted a radio drama script earlier this year that I haven't yet had the time to complete. One of these days, I'm going to have to finish it and get some kickass actors to do it.
