What's Next For Journalism?
As I mentioned yesterday, I recently published a two-part interview with Travis Campbell, one of the citizen journalists chosen to participate in a brand new project called Team New Orleans.

We discussed journalism and the future for fledgling writers, and I think the interview was worthwhile enough to reprint on The Publishing Spot.

Check out the conclusion of that interview here...

"Today, countless bloggers are debating the future of journalism. Journalists like Jay Rosen are churning out new ideas about the interactive news, and the framework for a web-inspired future is being built every day.

Now, the blogger Chartreuse has created Team New Orleans to begin a new journalism experiment, sending a group of site-sponsored citizen journalists down to report on the Gulf Coast reconstruction.

TRAFSIGN.gif Mishikea Brathwait, Travis Campbell, Loren Feldman, and Candice Quates will be working together on the reporting trip, and Know More Media will be covering the whole event."
