1- You can get fired from (or quit) your dayjob like Christopher Hitchens did early in his career.
2- You can go someplace surreal and inspiring, and use that burst of energy to keep writing--which I did last week.
3- Or, you can find some great writing music and power through the exhaustion. That's the best option, I think, and 52 Projects has a great discussion about what kind of music works best when you are sitting at the desk and writing. Join in and start writing again.
