
Why don't I have a Twitter page? I've been asking myself that ever since I interviewed Smith Magazine editor Larry Smith about micro-blogging.
Luckily, the Book Publicity Blog has been researching writerly Twitter sites so we don't have to. Just follow this amazing list of links and start Twitter-ing about books, your novel or how much you love The Publishing Spot. Check it out:

When you finish all that short short content, here's a long long story that everybody needs to read. Last week The New York Times published a staggering story that explored the favors exchanged between the U.S. government and a number of so-called impartial military experts used on television.
Today the Huffington Post and the Columbia Journalism Review both analyzed how this story was quietly ignored by most outlets. According to CJR, that earthshaking reportage only generated two follow-up stories. Take this story home with you--argue about it and write about it.
